The ability to connect with a global audience effectively and efficiently is critical in today’s marketplace. The Think Global Awards recognize achievements in this area. Consequently, they promote an awareness of thinking globally for individuals; communities; startups; small to medium-sized businesses; global brands; and also large-scale international organizations.
The award was announced at ceremonies that were hosted in two locations; in Dublin, Ireland, and in Menlo Park, California, United States, on April 3, 2019.
“NetApp’s globalization team is integral in allowing us to win in the marketplace by adapting our solutions and our culture to the many local subtleties that exist in our world,” said Henri Richard, executive vice president, Worldwide Field and Customer Operations at NetApp.
NetApp is the data authority for hybrid cloud. It provides a full range of hybrid cloud data services that simplify management of applications and data across cloud and on-premises environments to accelerate digital transformation. Together with its partners, it empowers global organizations to unleash the full potential of their data. In doing so, it helps them expand customer touchpoints, foster greater innovation, and optimize their operations.
Setting a high bar
“Winning the Think Global Awards is an incredible accomplishment. It is also a testament to what this team represents both within our industry and inside NetApp,” said Anna Schlegel, senior director of Globalization, Product Portfolio and Content Strategy, NetApp. “We take great pride in leading in this space.
