Companies awarded by Great Place to Work pay attention to a respectful, supportive and fair cooperation and corporate culture and thus offer a particularly good working environment for their employees.
Every year, companies of all sizes and from all sectors in Germany take part in the competition run by the independent Great Place to Work institute. The competition is primarily based on an anonymous survey of employees. In addition, there is a culture audit, which analyses processes, measures, and instruments of the personnel and culture work of companies. Great Place to Work is an international research and consulting institute that has companies active in around 60 countries.
Gambit has already been among the award-winning companies at Great Place to Work several times – in 2017, 2018, 2020 and 2021, the company won the triple “Germany’s Best Employer”, “Best Employer in ICT” and “Best Employer in NRW” awards. In 2019, Gambit was awarded in the categories “Best Employer in ICT” and “Best Employer in NRW”.
