All4Cloud Expands Management

Since April, all4cloud has a co-CEO: Wolfgang Kröner joins the Board of Management. In collaboration with Henrik Hausen, he will now be responsible for the fortunes of the IT service provider. As new co-CEO, Kröner will in particular be responsible for the company’s international growth.

Due to the strong 2016 fiscal year, the 100% cloud company based in Germany has also increased its consulting and development staff by 30%.

Wolfgang Kroener, co-CEO at all4cloud: “all4cloud has grown dynamically in the past year. We would like to push forward and repeat this growth through a number of international projects.”

Before joining all4cloud, Kroener was previously employed by NTT Data Business Solutions. He has over 20 years of SAP experience.

The direction is clear: Together with Henrik Hausen and a motivated team, he would like to particularly emphasize both the domestic and international areas of the business.

With the leading Cloud ERP solution SAP Business ByDesign and own Cloud Solutions such as the maintenance add-on eam4cloud, the company is very well positioned, says Kroener.

The customers were looking for simple solutions so that they would be able to focus on their core business processes. For this, SAP offers the only globally scalable platform.

20 Years of Experience in Management

When it comes to IT and SAP, Kroener is a true “helmsman”. Most recently, he was Vice President for Global SAP Cloud Business at NTT Data Business Solutions and was the co-head of the SAP Center of Excellence at NTT Data for SAP Cloud Solutions.

Kroener has also held additional management positions with Schmidt, Vogel & Partner Consult as well as at TDS  (Fujitsu).

all4cloud co-CEO Henrik Hausen:“Wolfgang Kroener is very familiar with the SAP environment. Beyond this, he has the extensive international experience that we can use for the expansion of our international business.”

Course Set for Internationalization

At all4cloud, all systems are aimed towards internationalization. By recently bringing Agilita and Dyflex Solutions on board, all4cloud has added two additional international partners for its maintenance solution eam4cloud.

Agilita distributes the EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) solution in Switzerland, while Dyflex Solutions is active in both Australia and New Zealand.

Internationally, the add-on is being well received by customers such as PostNL, Valantur, Smop, Sydney Harbour Foreshore Authority, and Litarion.
