MHP Expands Cooperation With AWS

Management and IT consultancy MHP signed a Strategic Collaboration Agreement (SCA) with Amazon Web Services (AWS).

The aim of the agreement is to support companies with more efficient and sustainable cloud solutions in the areas of mobility and manufacturing. MHP also plans to develop its own software products on AWS cloud that will enable users to reduce time to market, lower their cost of ownership, and reduce implementation complexity. MHP also offers additional services ranging from SAP migrations to the cloud, artificial intelligence, end-to-end cloud transformation projects, and industrial software solutions to digital products such as supply chain management tools and digital twins.

MHP and AWS have already been working together successfully since 2019, supporting companies in the automotive industry with their cloud transformation, including Volkswagen. The expansion of the collaboration comes at a time when many companies of all sizes are planning to migrate their workloads to the cloud. MHP and AWS are combining their expertise and knowledge to further accelerate cloud transformation for their joint customers worldwide. The goal is to particularly support companies facing disruptive changes, such as electrification, vehicle and ride sharing initiatives, smart factories, autonomous vehicles, and autonomous industrial operations. Suppliers and original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) are therefore expected to accelerate their innovations, reduce costs and optimize machine productivity with the help of MHP and AWS.

In addition, MHP has set up an AWS community for employees, which currently consists of 350 people. More than 300 employees are certified for recognized AWS skills. Over the next five years, MHP plans to train and certify an additional 450 consultants and 555 technical experts to further drive business growth.
