Its new offshore center in Kuala Lumpur will enable cbs to improve its ability to deliver high-quality solutions from southeast Asia to customers both in the region and around the world.
In addition, the consultants and developers at the company’s new center will be providing additional coverage for this eastern time zone. The Malaysian office is to support the cbs subsidiary in Singapore, which was established in may 2013.
Asia is one of the regions in which cbs is looking to acquire new customers. “Our new location in Kuala Lumpur represents the next step in our internationalization strategy,” explains Harald Sulovsky, CEO of cbs.
“By adding Malaysia to our global base of operations, we plan to tap into new synergies and gather further local experience that will surely benefit our company going forward.”

Growing Markets in Asia
The SAP market in Asia is witnessing significant growth. That said, companies that work with global SAP solutions in the region have to take a number of local factors into account.
This is why the company has spent a number of years honing its knowledge of the particularities of the Asian market. From its headquarters in Heidelberg, the company’s consultants are now helping major companies in Austria, Germany, and Switzerland build stable bridges to the Far East.
Known for its broad range of consulting expertise, cbs makes its teams available to customers on a project-specific basis. It focuses on taking a holistic approach to carrying out rollout programs involving both local consultants and experts from Germany.
cbs mainly provides its services in the automotive, high tech, consumer products, and life science industries, as well as in discrete manufacturing related to mechanical, tool, and plant engineering.
As an international management consultancy, cbs Corporate Business Solutions creates digital business solutions for international industrial enterprises.
